I worked inthis story with Sineat Yong and Ate Hoekstra, always so nice to work with them! Phnom Penh is losing its lakes to the uncontrolled real state development, the city is loosing the natural water basins to hold water from Monsoon rains and to recycle grey waters from its sewage system.
