Dr.Ly is the director of the new Anlong Veng Peace Centre in Anlong Veng district, It was the last stronghold of the Khmer Rouge to come under government control in 1998 and the final resting place of Pol Pot. A whole architectural project has been developed to help heal and come to terms with Cambodia’s own history
